With more than 30 primary care clinics located throughout Northeastern Minnesota and Northwestern Wisconsin as well as 30 specialty clinics, CareNorth providers live and provide care in the many communities we serve. Our physicians and other providers regularly attend community health fairs, employer-sponsored wellness activities, educational sessions and lecture on health-related (and health care coverage issue) topics. 

In addition to the above, recent programs for CareNorth patients have included free glucose monitors and supplies for our diabetic patients and free training to patients and community caregivers on correctly administering blood pressure testing as well as offering resources and education on calibration and maintenance of BP cuffs.

In 2003 our outreach and educational programs will be expanded, with blood pressure equipment available for community and employer use as well as educational materials and programs.
