Professional Education

Integrity Health Network works closely with its clinics to address major health issues and educational opportunities with their their staff. By providing support literature and other materials, and by connecting outside resources to clinics for professional educational opportunities and materials, Integrity Health Network seeks to enhance the foundation that excellent health care is built upon, the care givers.

During the year Integrity Health Network facilitates referral coordinator meetings for all the Integrity Health Network clinics. Changes are made by the many plans with whom we have contracts and Integrity Health Network ensures their member clinics know about these changes.

Occasionally a representative from one of the health plans joins us to go over these changes and to answer questions. We encourage our clinics to bring any problems they may be having so we can help them find a solution.

Integrity Health Network also offers training classes in topics ranging from RVU updates to newly legislated health care reform.

Integrity Health Network is also supported by a strong quality improvement process in our primary care and specialty care clinics.  Through various venues and committees a culture of quality that is responsive to the needs of those we serve is fostered and maintained.
