History

Carenorth was founded in 1998 as a virtual care system in response to the Buyer's Health Care Action Group request for bid for their health plan. At inception, Carenorth was a partnership of Northstar Physicians Network, Northland Medical Associates, and St. Luke's Hospital and Clinics. In 2009, Carenorth relaunched itself without St Luke's. With the relaunching came a new mission statement, new vision statement, and a new logo.
